Unica Bag is the latest addition to Enomatic® product line. After a long time in development, Enomatic® was finally able to create the perfect system to allow for Bag-in-Box use.
With four different Bag-in-Box wines, it is the perfect ally for any venues with a high-traffic that sees a lot of volume in wine sales.
Each position can accomodate a Bag-in-Box up to 5L / 1.32gal, making this new unit incredibly compact for such an important capacity.
This is also Enomatic® first wine system that do not require a gas line, a true plug & play unit that only need an electrical outlet!
A stainless steel front door allows for further customization. Behind it, four stainless steel containers to put the wine bags which helps cool down the wine faster to its perfect serving temperature.
Quick connectors for the bags make it easy for anyone to replace them when empty.
The glass protected 7" TFT color touchscreens bring a clean design with lots of details and a new user interface.

Unica Bag is Enomatic® first wine dispenser that is focus on Bag-in-Box wines, allowing for up to four 5L / 1.32gal BIB in the system. An additional two 10L / 2.64gal BIB can be added externally with a unique connection system.
The BIB stainless steel containers can help maximize space and make it for an easy switch and load when a bag is empty, further speeding up service by the staff. Quick adapters and connectors simplify the operations so that anybody can easily use the unit.

With Unica Bag, Enomatic® has updated its user interface for the glass protected touchscreens with the unique technical specificities of a Bag-in-Box wine dispenser.
By allowing 5L / 1.32gal Bag-in-Box, it was needed to add a new pour size to the Enomatic® pouring control feature.
The 7" HD touchscreens can now be modified to show a wine "carafe" mode allowing for bigger pours, perfectly adapted to Bag-in-Box and behind-the-bar application. The icons' design on the touchscreens reflects this new change for better visibility.
