Uncork in Charleston, SC has been opened since June and is now a fully self-serve wine bar!
This wine bar on King Street features five Enomatic Enoline ELITE to offer a great selection of 40 different wines-by-the-glass. The self-serve system gives you the opportunity to taste and sample wines that peak your interest. All their wines represent numerous regions, varietals, and price points.
Their self-serve system is considered “open-tab” and quite easy to use: just hand over your credit card and receive an Uncork card. The card keeps track of the ounces poured as well as wines tasted, and you will be charged when you decided you’ve sloshed enough tannins around.
In addition to their wines, Uncork also serves a variety of cheeses, charcuterie, pate, desserts, caviar and more.
