Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante in Miami Beach, FL, has just upgraded their previous Enomatic wine dispensers to the last generation of Enoline ELITE 8-Bottle, bringing the wine tasting experience of their guests to a new level!
They previously had a Enoline Classic 8-Bottle system installed back in 2012. Almost 10 years later, they have decided to modernize their equipment by replacing it with the newest generation of Enoline ELITE 8-Bottle.
This new dispenser offers major technological and design improvements over the Classic generation: new dual temperature and drain-free refrigeration system / interactive and glass protected touchscreens / new lifters to seal the bottles inside the dispenser / new improved taps and leak monitoring systems / new control boards to insure the best preservation and precise pour from the unit, and more!
Since 2006, Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante has distinguished itself by serving Sardinian cuisine. Their meals are centered around delicious, rustic fare, including a variety of house-made cheeses and flat breads, fresh fish and seafood, beef and lamb dishes, hearty grains and fresh vegetables, and fresh pasta dishes.
Sardinia is also a wine shop and the owners have put together an impressive wine list comprised mostly of wines and Prosecco from Italy, along with French Champagne. The restaurant offers around 300 wines by the bottle, and an extensive list of wines, Prosecco, and Champagne by the glass.
