We just recently realized the first Enomatic® Unica assembly at Ember & Oak in Melbourne, FL. The 5x Unica 4-Bottle were assembled with special Enomatic® corner kits to create a 20-Bottle system!
Ember & Oak, a renowned steak house in Melbourne, FL has been opened since 2019 and has been an Enomatic® customer since then. Along the steak house, “The Wine Room at Ember & Oak” is giving an unique wine tasting experience to their guests. We previously installed a 64-Bottle self-serve system at their location with 8x Enomatic® wine dispensers. This experience let them tried out the system and thought about expand it with additional units.
As soon as Enomatic® released the new Unica, last generation of their wine dispensers, Ember & Oak saw the opportunity. They contacted us to build and install a pentagon shaped system built of 5x Unica 4-Bottle units.
This 20-Bottle self-system sits in the center of the room as a new composition to complement the existing 64-Bottle system. Made possible by the unique design of the Unica and Enomatic® corner kits, it creates a center-piece for guests to revolve around attracting them to the finest bottles.
This new design also comes with the best of Enomatic® industry leading features: 30+ days preservation of opened bottles, temperature & pouring control. With Enomatic® Unica unique assembly, Ember & Oak went for the cutting edge of wine dispensing technology. A whole new wine tasting experience for their guests to enjoy!
