Only a few days before their opening, we had the pleasure to do the installation of a new system with Enomatic at Mac’s Raw Bar & Market!
This new restaurant located in Marietta, GA focuses on simple preparations to highlight the very best of the sea. From their fresh raw bar and sea scallops from the cold Atlantic waters to Gulf-coast grouper, guests can enjoy high-quality, sustainable seafood.
Enomatic at Mac’s Raw Bar & Market after Mac’s Chop House
“Mac’s Raw Bar & Market” is also the new restaurant from Randy McCray after his famous steakhouse “Mac’s Chop House” that opened early 2020. Following the success of his first location, he decided to go in a new direction with this new concept. Both restaurants are located a few feet away in the same building, bringing closer than ever land and sea!
We are proud that Enomatic is again part of their restaurant, Randy McCray trusting us and our wine dispensers a second time. Indeed, we installed an Enomatic ELITE 8-Bottle at “Mac’s Chop House” two years ago. More than happy with the system, he decided to add three Eno ONE 2-Bottle to this new location to help with their robust wine list.
Eno ONE wine dispensers for staff operation
Thanks to these new Eno ONE units, they will be able to preserve up to six bottles of high-end wines for more than 30 days and offer them by-the-glass to their guests. Enomatic Eno ONE is a very straight forward system that is perfectly adapted for a behind-the-bar use by the staff. Speeding up service and offering pouring and temperature control, it is the best ally for any bartender. We are excited to see these wine dispensers in this new location and cannot wait to see them in use in this amazing restaurant decor!
Mac’s Raw Bar & Market’s grand opening is April, 11th, 2022 and we recommend you to pay them a visit if you happen to be in the area!
