We just recently realized the first Enomatic® Unica assembly at Ember & Oak in Melbourne, FL. The 5x Unica 4-Bottle were assembled with special Enomatic® corner kits to create a 20-Bottle system! Ember & Oak, a renowned steak house in Melbourne, FL has been opened since 2019 and has been an Enomatic® customer since then.

Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi, MS recently decided to installed an Eno ONE wine preservation system for one of their bars and contacted us for this project. After consulting with us, they decided to go with a combination of 5x Eno ONE 2-Bottle for a total of 10 bottles. The Eno ONE system is compact and
