This new restaurant and wine bar is set to open in the coming weeks. Asian-inspired flavors and Southwest influence will join a carefully curated wine list with a strong focus on California producers.
A sophisticated environment will welcome this West Coast style food selection with a wine focus.
Their large wine tasting bar and display area will feature an elevated wine-by-the-glass program with the Enomatic® 40-Bottle wine system.
Based on 4x Unica 8-Bottle units and 2x Unica 4-Bottle units, the system is divided in two areas: a 24-Bottle rectangular assembly and an island with with two 8-Bottle units back to back.
To discover all the wines stored in their Enomatic® wine dispensers, guests can become members of NAPA’s wine club for access to exclusive tastings and wines of the month!
